SOLVENT-FREE CONSOLIDATING RESIN AND AGAINST HUMIDITY
Consolidating resin for dusty cement screeds; for the treatment against residual humidity for damp floors and walls; with the addition of fine sand, synthetic mortars are obtained for smoothing or quick repairs. For gluing, use only our glues: PARQUET 0160 ECO, PARQUET 0160 GREEN LINE, SILANBLOK SM or PARQUET T56.
HOW TO USE:
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
Always check the humidity of the substrate with suitable instruments. The substrate to be treated must be compact and free from detaching parts. Any defects on the surface, such as cracks or cracks, must be treated by mixing fine washed sand (not marine) with PRIMER POLY ECO.
APPLICATION
Ambient at 20°C before use. Always check the compactness and humidity of the screed (max 3 – 4%). Apply generously the first coat of PRIMER POLY ECO in a well-ventilated area with a roller or brush, after filling any cracks in the screed. Leave to dry in a well-ventilated area for 3 – 4 hours in ambient conditions of 20 – 25°C and 60 – 70% RH (different conditions may lead to less than excellent results). Apply the second coat of PRIMER POLY ECO. Sprinkle on the last coat of fine and dry quartz sand (not marine). Remove excess sand before gluing. Room temperature from 15 to 25°C, relative humidity not exceeding 75%. Always use adequate individual protection systems. Always consult the technical and safety data sheet of the product.
NOTE
It is important not to let more than 12 hours pass between one coat and the next in order to have a perfect bond between the various applications.
